Cream soup of zucchini and green apple

Easy recipe for cream soup with zucchini, potato, apple, parsnips, onion, garlic and butter.

Description


1 Peel vegetables – zucchini, potato, onion, garlic and parsnips. Cut them in bulk and place it in a steaming cooker by putting in it 600 ml of water (or use an ordinary saucepan as pour water to cover the vegetables).


2 After the water boils, at 17 minutes add the peeled and cleaned apple, cut into 4 pieces. After three more minutes, remove from the heat.


3 Pour the vegetables into a pot suitable for blending (or a food processor), add 300 ml of water from the rest in the steaming cooker (or in which the vegetables were cooked). Add butter and salt, and blend.
