Fragrant, easy and irresistible pear cake, which you should definitely try!


1 Beat the soft butter with the sour cream and sugar for a few minutes.


2 Add the eggs and liquid vanilla and beat again.


3 Add flour, baking powder and salt. Stir until smooth, homogeneous mixture.


4 Put baking paper in a baking tray with a diameter of 26 cm.


5 Clean and cut the pears into cubes and put them in the baking tray.


6 Pour the mixture into the middle of the baking tray and spread with a spoon or spatula gently into the pears.


7 Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven about 30-40 minutes or until the pastry gets golden brown.


8 After the pastry is cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
