Description

Easy vegan potato cream soup prepared with coconut oil and coconut milk seasoned with savory, which you can replace with rosemary according to your taste.


1 Finely chop the onion and garlic and the potatoes and carrots into cubes.


2 In a saucepan, sauté the garlic, onion and carrots in the coconut oil for about 4-5 minutes. Add the potatoes, water, salt and savory and cook for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are ready.


3 Once the vegetables are cooked, add the coconut milk, season with black pepper and blend until smooth. You can serve with finely chopped fresh parsley.
