Today I'm sharing an easy and delicious vegan recipe for baked cabbage with tomatoes and celery which I really love!

about 20 min preparation

180°C

40 min baking

8 servings

Description

1 Finely chop the cabbage and garlic. In a large pot with a lid, put the olive oil, garlic and cabbage. If you can't fit all the cabbage in the pot, add it in parts. Simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until melted. I don't add water, because the cabbage contains enough.

2 Add the tomato juice, finely chopped celery, salt and red pepper. Mix well, pour into a tray and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
