Description

Energy vegan raw bites made by cashews, coconut shavings, dates and cinnamon. These healthy bites are extremely easy and quick to prepare and are the perfect snack in our busy daily lives.

1 Soak the cashew in cold water for 2 to 4 hours, then drain well.


2 Put all the ingredients in a blender - cashews, coconut shavings, dates, cinnamon and salt. Blend for about 1-2 minutes.


3 Form round bites with your hands, then roll them in coconut shavings. It is preferable to refrigerate them for about 1-2 hours before eating. Store in a box with a lid in the refrigerator.
