Quick mascarpone cheesecake in a glass, which is very easy to prepare, with few ingredients, and the result is extremely tasty! You need biscuits to your taste and choice, coconut oil or butter, mascarpone, yogurt, vanilla, maple syrup or honey.

Quick mascarpone cheesecake in a glass, which is very easy to prepare, with few ingredients, and the result is extremely tasty! You need biscuits to your taste and choice, coconut oil or butter, mascarpone, yogurt, vanilla, maple syrup or honey. The yogurt you use should be thicker. Before serving, you can sprinkle with cinnamon, nuts, frozen or fresh fruit.


1 In a blender or food processor, add the biscuits and the melted coconut oil. Blend briefly until the mixture looks like wet sand.


2 In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, yogurt, vanilla and maple syrup. Beat with a wire whisk until smooth.


3 Prepare 4 or 5 cups. Spread the biscuit mixture on the bottom of each cup. Flatten with a spoon. Pour an equal amount of mascarpone cream on them. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
