Description
Easy and quick dip prepared with cottage cheese, garlic, dill and a yogurt. You can serve it in many ways - as an addition to a salad, as a dip served with different types of vegetables, crackers, toasted slices or bruschettas spread with it. It is prepared extremely quickly and easily. To prepare it as a smooth cream, you can use a blender or just mix everything with a spoon.
1 In a blender put the cottage cheese, yogurt, crushed garlic cloves, salt and lemon juice. Blend until smooth or just mix everything with a spoon.
2 Finely chop the dill, add to the mixture and mix well. You can serve as an addition to a salad or dip, as well as on a toasted slice or bruschettas.
