The zoo in Pitesti, Romania, is located in the natural Forest Park "Trivale" and it was definitely a pleasant destination to visit, both for us and for the children. The park is well-groomed, with beautiful vegetation and has 130 animals of 39 species. In the terrarium there are different types of reptiles such as snakes and crocodile.
In the center of the park there was a large playground, so if you are with children, you can spend couple of hours there.
The Sphinx and Babele are on the list of the seven natural wonders of Romania and are one of the most visited places in the country. They are located in mount Bucegi, which belongs to the Carpathians mountain range.
