Bread rolls made by einkorn flour and caramelized onion and garlic. They are prepared easily and quickly without yeast and without rising.

Description


1 Finely chop the onion and garlic.


2 In a non-stick frying pan or saucepan, heat the olive oil and add the finely chopped onion and garlic. Cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once golden, they are ready. Allow them to cool.


3 Dissolve the honey in warm water.


4 In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and salt. Add water with honey and a mixture of onion and garlic. Knead a non-stick dough.


5 Line the baking tray with baking paper. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Form balls and put them in the tray. Lightly press down on each ball of dought to give it a circular flat shape. Spread them with olive oil. You can sprinkle the bread rolls with salt, sesame, basil, oregano or rosemary to your taste.


6 Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree for about 20 minutes.
