Quick to prepare and delicious protein waffles without flour. I prepare them with old fashioned rolled oats, eggs and cottage cheese.

Description


1 Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and beat until smooth.


2 Heat the waffle iron well. After it is well warmed up to the maximum degree (and if the shape for your waffle is square, as in my case) put about 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture in each form. Bake until golden.
