Description
1 Stir the egg with the cheese, the oat bran and the oil into а bowl and leave for 5-10 minutes aside to swell the bran.
2 Preheat pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. Pour the mixture in the middle and carefully shape it in the shape of a circle, not making it too thin. When it is well baked, it will turn easily. Garnish with a vegetable or fruit as desired!
