Banana pancakes with whole wheat flour and cinnamon

Description
1 Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the milk and vanilla. Stir.
2 Add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to the liquid ingredients. Stir.
3 Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the mixture. Stir.
4 Preheat pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. For a pancake I use 1/4 cup of the mixture. Spread it quickly in the shape of a circle, but not too thin. When blisters begin to form on the pancake, turn it over. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
If you have difficulty turning the pancake out of the pan, grease it with a little butter. From the indicated quantity I get 9 pieces of pancakes. They're great in combination with maple syrup, honey, jam or fresh fruits.
