Description

The best baked potatoes we've eaten in a while! Fragrant, crispy outside, fluffy inside! To achieve the crunchy effect, make sure to bake them in a preheated oven.

1 Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into large cubes (about 2 cm). Put them to boil for about 8 minutes (I use a steaming cooker).

2 While the potatoes are boiled, in a large bowl combine grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, black pepper and pressed cloves of garlic. Stir well.

3 After you have boiled the potatoes for the specified time (they should still be solid), drain and pour into the parmesan mixture. Stir well.

4 Pour into a large baking pan, littered tray with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees, until the potatoes acquire a appetizing, golden crust. It took 40 minutes for me.

5 After the potatoes are ready, you can sprinkle them with parsley if you wish. Eat with pleasure!

Favorite summer dish! The combination of zucchini and tomatoes is great, and their taste is complemented by adding cheese and cheddar. With the aroma of onion, garlic, basil and parmesan - the dish becomes indescribably delicious.
