Description

The best baked potatoes we've eaten in a while! Fragrant, crispy outside, fluffy inside! To achieve the crunchy effect, make sure to bake them in a preheated oven.

1 Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into large cubes (about 2 cm). Put them to boil for about 8 minutes (I use a steaming cooker).

2 While the potatoes are boiled, in a large bowl combine grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, black pepper and pressed cloves of garlic. Stir well.

3 After you have boiled the potatoes for the specified time (they should still be solid), drain and pour into the parmesan mixture. Stir well.

4 Pour into a large baking pan, littered tray with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees, until the potatoes acquire a appetizing, golden crust. It took 40 minutes for me.

5 After the potatoes are ready, you can sprinkle them with parsley if you wish. Eat with pleasure!
