It's already autumn, and the aroma of roasted peppers can be felt from many places. That's why I offer you an idea for a quick dip or appetizer made of roasted red peppers and feta cheese!


1 If the peppers have skins and seeds, clean them. Put them in a blender and add the grated feta cheese, olive oil, vinegar, black pepper and chilli if desired. Blend.

I prefer not to blend into a smooth mixture, but to have little pieces of feta cheese remain. I leave the choice to you!
