An easy recipe for mushroom cream soup with few ingredients, no milk and no flour. To prepare it, you need mushrooms, onions, garlic and potatoes, and the spices are oregano, salt and black pepper. You can replace oregano with rosemary, and if you want the soup to be vegan - the butter can be replaced with olive oil for cooking , coconut oil or vegetable oil.

Description

An easy recipe for mushroom cream soup with few ingredients, no milk and no flour. To prepare it, you need mushrooms, onions, garlic and potatoes, and the spices are oregano, salt and black pepper. You can replace oregano with rosemary, and if you want the soup to be vegan - the butter can be replaced with olive oil for cooking , coconut oil or vegetable oil.


1 Cut onions and garlic into small pieces and mushrooms and potatoes into thin slices.


2 On medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in butter for about 5-6 minutes. Add the sliced mushrooms and potatoes and simmer for about 5 more minutes. Add 600 ml of water and season with salt, oregano and black pepper. Cook for 20 minutes and blend until smooth. If necessary, add more spices and mash. If your soup looks thick, add a little more water.


Once the mushroom cream soup is ready you can sprinkle each serving with grated parmesan or finely chopped fresh parsley. You can also garnish with Croutons, kubeti... Or idea what to do with the old bread.
