Favorite summer dish! The combination of zucchini and tomatoes is great, and their taste is complemented by adding cheese and cheddar. With the aroma of onion, garlic, basil and parmesan - the dish becomes indescribably delicious.

Favorite summer dish! The combination of zucchini and tomatoes is great, and their taste is complemented by adding cheese and cheddar. With the aroma of onion, garlic, basil and parmesan - the dish becomes indescribably delicious. You can increase the amount of products according to your wishes and the result will again be a delicious and light summer dish.


1 Saute onion in olive oil for about 5 minutes until soft and translucent. Add the pressed cloves of garlic and saute for about a minute.


2 Cut the zucchini, tomatoes, white cheese and cheddar into thin slices.


3 Pour half of the onion mixture into the bottom of a casserole. Start arranging the tomatoes and zucchini in a circle, alternating them.


4 Once you have arranged the vegetables, randomly place the pieces of cheese and cheddar between them. Sprinkle with the remaining onion mixture. Season with salt, pepper and basil. Finally add the grated parmesan.


5 Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for about 30 minutes.
