Delicious banana cake with cinnamon and vanilla aroma, prepared without yoghurt or whole milk.

Description


1 Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the butter and vanilla extract and beat again.


2 Mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the egg mixture. Stir.


3 Add the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Stir. Pour the mixture into a rectangular tray for baking bread or cake (mine is with size 30x11 cm, with a non-stick coating. If yours is not, grease the form before pouring the mixture into it).


4 Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
