Blackness Castle is a 15th-century fortress near the village of Blackness, Scotland, located on the south bank of the Firth of Forth. It was used for the film location of the series "Outlander" under the name Fort William, where the main character Jamie Fraser was whipped by the Black Jack Randall.

The dream came true was a visit to Midhope Castle, also known as Lallybroch. The place is popular from the series "Outlander".

Urquhart is one of Scotland's largest castles. Its ruins are located on the shores of the famous and creepy Loch Ness lake.

Even if someone hasn't traveled to the Glenfinnan Viaduct, Scotland, then certainly seen it the bridge in the Harry Potter movie. It is here, along this route, where scenes were filmed on the famous "Hogwarts Express" steam train from the second and third Harry Potter film.
