Banana oat pancakes

These pancakes are extremely easy to prepare - just put all the ingredients in a blender and your mixture is ready in a minute. You get delicious, appetizing and filling pancakes to start the day with! They are made with banana, non-dairy milk and oatmeal and are suitable for vegans.

These pancakes are extremely easy to prepare - just put all the ingredients in a blender and your mixture is ready in a minute. You get delicious, appetizing and filling pancakes to start the day with!


1 Put the liquid ingredients in a blender first - banana, milk, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Then add the dry ingredients - a pinch of salt, baking powder and old fashioned rolled oats. Blend for about a minute until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.


2 Preheat pan with non-stick coating on medium heat (at 9 levels on the electric hob I use, I bake them at level 5). For a pancake I use 1/4 cup of the mixture. Spread it quickly in the shape of a circle, but not too thin. When blisters begin to form on the pancake, turn it over. Repeat with the remaining mixture. From the indicated proportions and quantities I get 8 pieces of banana oat pancake.

  • Здравейте, Петя! Вслучая мазнина за изпичането не използвам. Използвам тиган за палачинки с незалепващо покритие. Ако вашият тиган изисква мазнина по време на печенето, може да добавите такава! ☺️

  • Здравейте! Не ползвате ли някаква мазнина за изпичането на палачинките както се слага при обикновените палачинки на тигана малко масло или олио?
