Quick, delicious and crispy crackers made of chickpea flour, which we adore at home. You can add savory, basil or parsley for a stronger flavor. The thinner you roll them, the crispier and tastier they turn out!


1 In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour with the baking powder, salt, paprika and savory. Stir. Add water and olive oil. Knead a smooth ball of dough. If you use the right proportions it will look like this:


2 Place the dough on baking paper and cover it with another sheet of baking paper. Roll out the dough about 2-3 mm. Remove the top sheet of baking paper. Using a pizza knife or other sharp knife, cut the dough into small squares. Transfer them to a tray covered with sheet of baking paper so that there is a space between them.


3 Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Watch them, because the baking time depends on how thin you have rolled them. After removing the tray from the oven, remove the crackers from it immediately and leave to cool.
