I offer you a recipe for waffles with whole wheat flour, which are very appetizing and delicious, and can be prepared very quickly.


1 In a bowl, beat the egg with the honey, milk, vanilla extract and olive oil.


2 Add the flour together with the baking powder and salt. Stir.


3 Heat the waffle iron well. After it is well warmed up to the maximum degree (and if the shape for your waffle is square, as in my case) put about 1/3 cup of the mixture in each form. Bake until golden.
