Bars prepared with old fashioned rolled oats, apple, walnuts, honey, cinnamon and cottage cheese, which will charge you with energy during the day!

Description


1 Beat the egg. Add honey, non-dairy milk, cottage cheese, old fashioned rolled oats and cinnamon. Set aside for about 5 to 10 minutes.


2 Peel and cut the apple into small pieces. Add the apple and pounded walnuts to the mixture. Stir well.


3 I use a ceramic tray with a size of 31x22 cm. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and flatten with a spatula. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for about 30-40 minutes.

  • I love this recipe, i tried 2 times and i love that it doesn't uses just milk and neither baking powder/ soda. I tried it with whole milk/ maple syrup, carrots, goji/raisins and vegan protein powder and it tastes amazing. I like to blend a bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves with the apples before folding them in the batter and i just enjoy for breakfast. Many thanks!
