Easy, tasty and healthy carrot cream soup with a light taste and aroma of ginger, prepared with celery, garlic and onion.

Description


1 Peel and cut the vegetables in bulk. Put in a steaming cooker by put in it 900 ml of water (or use an ordinary saucepan as pour water to cover the vegetables).


2 After the water boils, detect 20 minutes, which are enough to boil the vegetables.


3 Pour the vegetables into a pot suitable for blending (or a food processor), add 500 ml of water from the rest in the steaming cooker (or in which the vegetables were cooked). Add butter and salt, and blend.
