Apple spinach salad with honey mustard dressing

Description
1 Put the raw seeds in a non-stick pan (I use a pancake pan). Roast them on medium heat, stirring occasionally, being careful not to burn them. At 9 degrees on the stove I use, I bake them at level 5. You can add them to the salad raw, but baked they are more fragrant.
2 In a small bowl put all the dressing products - olive oil, salt, honey, mustard and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
3 Wash and cut the spinach into thin strips. Clean and cut the apple into thin slices.
4 In a large bowl, place the spinach, apples and seeds. Add the dressing and mix well.
