The classic chickpea hummus is common on our table. You can serve it as a dip with crispy crackers or slices, with sliced vegetables or salad, or make a tortilla or sandwich with it. And this is recipe for my favorite hummus!

The classic chickpea hummus is common on our table. You can serve it as a dip with crispy crackers or slices, with sliced vegetables or salad, or make a tortilla or sandwich with it. And this is recipe for my favorite hummus!


1 Mix all ingredients in a blender. If you do not have one, you can use a food processor. Beat until smooth, homogeneous mixture for about 1 minute. Put into a plate or bowl. You can sprinkle with sesame seeds, paprika, olive oil, finely chopped garlic or chili.
