In the Internet space there are many recipes for pancakes. I've tried to make different options until I finally make my own, which I do regularly and the kids really like them.

In the Internet space there are many recipes for pancakes. I've tried to make different options until I finally make my own, which I do regularly and the kids really like them. I hope you like the recipe too!

1 In a bowl stir flour, baking powder and salt.

2 In another bowl beat the eggs with the honey. Add yogurt, baking soda, water and olive oil. Beat it again.

3 Mix all the ingredients and beat to a homogeneous mixture.

4 Preheat pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. For a pancake, I use a 1/4 cup of the mixture. Spread it quickly in the shape of a circle. If you turn the pancake fast, it will break. When it is well baked underneath, it will turn it around easily.

5 After I pull out every pancake while it's still warm, I put some butter on it. From the indicated dose I get 17 pancakes. Enjoy it!
