Super-fast almond cookies made from only four ingredients – almond flour, maple syrup or honey, baking powder and vanilla. Gluten-free and suitable for vegans.

Description

1 Mix almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.


2 Add maple syrup and vanilla extract and using a spatula, knead the sticky dough.


3 Make about 22 balls of dough (about 1 tablespoon of dough for 1 ball). On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, arrange the balls and press each one with your fingers until a round cookie is formed. If you want crunchy biscuits, make them thinner. Leave a little distance between them, because during the baking they swell.


4 Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 11-12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies turn golden. Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes.
