Mashed potato puffs

Recipe for muffins from mashed potatoes, eggs, cheese and parmesan, without flour, suitable for starters at your table.

Description



1 In a large bowl, mash the potatoes together with the butter.


2 Grate the cheese and parmesan. Cut the parsley and onions.


3 Add all ingredients to the mashed potatoes (the eggs, cheese, parmesan, parsley, onions, salt and black pepper). Stir well.


4 Preheat oven to 200 degrees. From the whole mixture, I've got 10 pieces of potato muffins. I use silicone molds for baking. Fill the 3/4 from each form muffin.


5 Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the muffins acquire a pleasant golden crust.
