Sweet cake with fresh and juicy apples!

Description


1 Peel and cut the apples into cubes. Put in a bowl and pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.


2 In another bowl, beat the softened butter with sugar and egg. Add the yogurt and vanilla. Mix well again..


3 Add flour with baking powder and salt. Stir. Finally add the apples with the lemon juice and mix well.


4 Put baking paper in a baking tray with a diameter of 26 cm. Pour the mixture into the middle of the baking tray and spread with a spoon or spatula gently.


5 Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven about 30-40 minutes or until the pastry gets golden brown. After the pastry is cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
