Quick pancakes of two ingredients - eggs and cream cheese.

Description


1 Beat eggs with cream cheese until smooth, homogeneous mixture.


2 Preheat pan with non-stick coating on medium heat. For a pancake I use a 1/4 cup of the mixture. Spread it quickly in the shape of a circle. When it is well baked underneath, it will turn it around easily. From the indicated dose I get 6 pieces of pancakes.
