Description
Egg salad or mashed eggs with feta cheese and onion - it can also be called an appetizer, but in the end, it is a good idea how to use the rest of our boiled Easter eggs.
1 Grate the head of yellow onion (you can use a chopper). Peel eggs from their shells cut them into quarters and place them in a large bowl. Add the shredded feta cheese, onion, olive oil and vinegar. With a potato masher, mash and mix well until it becomes almost like a puree. Finally, add the finely chopped green onions. If desired, you can sprinkle with paprika.
