Crispy and delicious bruschettas with cheese of your choice (cheddar, parmesan, yellow cheese, grana padano) with butter, garlic and parsley. Easy and fast appetizer for your table!

1 Put the butter in a small bowl and add the finely grated cheddar, pressed cloves of garlic and finely chopped parsley. Stir well to mix all ingredients and set aside.

2 Cut the baguette into thin slices. In a preheated 180 degree oven, bake the slices on the highest level of the oven. Watch constantly, because they toast quickly.

3 After the slices are baked on one side, if you want them to be crispier, bake them very briefly on the other side or just spread them with the garlic butter. Bake again until the cheddar is melted. Consume with a appetizer, salad or dip.
