Description

1 Wash and cut the cauliflower into small roses. In a large bowl, place the olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, salt, black pepper and paprika. Stir.

2 Add the cauliflower and mix well so that the spices spread well on the cauliflower.

3 On a baking tray lined with baking paper, pour the cauliflower and leave a space between each piece.

4 Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for about 30 minutes. Then turn the cauliflower pieces, bring them closer together and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for another 15 minutes. Serve with fresh salad or a suitable sauce.

Delicious baked vegetables with potatoes, mushrooms, red pepper and beans. I used canned black beans to prepare the recipe, but you can use any to your taste or pre-cook. I add a little chili, which makes the dish slightly spicy and more appetizing. If you are fasting and want the dish to be vegan, you can skip the yellow cheese or replace it with vegan mozzarella.
