Quickly - quinoa with zucchini, onion and garlic. It is extremely easy and quick to prepare. The quinoa is boiled, the vegetables are stewed, and everything is mixed and ready! You can add cashew cheese, parmesan, cheddar or serve with salad.

Quickly - quinoa with zucchini, onion and garlic. It is extremely easy and quick to prepare. The quinoa is boiled, the vegetables are stewed, and everything is mixed and ready! You can add cashew cheese, parmesan, cheddar or serve with salad.


1 Boil the quinoa with half a teaspoon of salt according to the instructions on the package.


2 Cut the zucchini into large cubes and the onion and garlic into small pieces. Fry the zucchini and onion in a saucepan or pan (preferably with a non-stick coating) for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the garlic and stir for about a minute.


3 Mix the vegetables with the quinoa. You can serve it with salad, cashew cheese, parmesan or yellow cheese, according to your taste.
