Description

Delicious and appetizing baked yellow cheese balls, suitable for a party, snack, picnic or appetizer. They prepare quickly and are irresistibly delicious.


1 Grate the yellow cheese. Put it in a bowl and add the soft butter by cutting it into small cubes. Knead by hand. The butter must not be melted!


2 Add the flour, red pepper and salt.


3 Knead the flour with the yellow cheese between your fingers so that you get crumbs. Start kneading so that the crumbs become a smooth ball of dough. It will take a few minutes. Do not give up. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.


4 Using a spoon, form small balls and place them on a tray lined with baking paper.


5 Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven about 16 minutes or until the yellow cheese balls acquire a nice golden crust.
