Recipe for muffins with raisins, gathered in themselves the aromas of our favorite Easter cake.

Description

The recipe is suitable for everyone who does not have time and opportunity to prepare the traditional Easter cake. It collects all the specific ingredients and aromas, as a result of which you will get quick small Easter cake in the form of muffins.


1 In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the olive oil, yogurt, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Stir.


2 In another bowl combine the dry ingredients-flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Add to the liquid ingredients and stir briefly.


3 Finally, add the raisins and the grated zest of lemon. Stir again briefly.


4 Preheat oven to 190 degrees. From the whole mixture I received 24 muffins, so prepare at least as many paper cups. Fill them a little more than half. You can sprinkle them with sugar or vanilla sugar. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins acquire a pleasant golden crust.
