Description

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water. Add the egg and whisk well.

Then add the melted butter, the salt and gradually start adding the flour. Knead with a smooth and soft dough. Put it in a glass bowl, cover and allow 15 minutes to rise.

In the meantime, grate the cheese. From the filling butter, set aside 3-4 tbsp to a spread before baking. Add the pressed cloves of garlic to the other butter.

After the dough is raised, sprinkle the countertop with a little flour and roll it into a rectangular shape (I get approximately 40 х30cm).

Smear the dough with garlic and butter, sprinkle with grated cheese. Sprinkle with some salt and black pepper.

Roll the dough into a roll. Cut it into 7 equal pieces. For baking I used a yen in an oval form, which I previously smeared with butter and arranged the pieces in it, as shown in the photo. Cover and allow to rise for about 30-40 minutes.

Then smear the bread rolls with the 3-4 tablespoons butter and bake in a heated 180 degrees oven for about 20-25 min.
