Today I offer you a recipe for a quick no-knead savoury cake or bread made with spelt flour and feta cheese, no yeast. It is easy to prepare at home and is suitable for a quick breakfast.

8 min preparation

35-40 min baking

180°C

Description

1 Mix the spelt flour with the baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg, and add olive oil, yoghurt, water and feta cheese. Stir well.

2 Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. Pour the mixture into a rectangular tray for baking bread or cake (mine is size 30x11 cm), with a non-stick coating. If you use another type of tray, use baking paper to prevent the bread from sticking during baking.

3 Bake on the lower level in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
