I love everything made with potatoes, but my kids never liked potato meatballs. This option proved to be very suitable for them as well, because it is the crispness that impressed them a lot, and that is missing in the traditional recipes for potato meatballs.

1 In a bowl beat the eggs.

2 Peel, wash and grate the potatoes. Add to the eggs.

3 Peel the onion and chop it. Add to the potatoes.

4 Add the black pepper, salt, baking powder and flour. Mix all the ingredients well. The mixture that is obtained is not dense.

5 Heat the frying oil over high heat in a frying pan. Scoop up a spoon of the mixture, press the potato meatball to become flat and fry. Fry on both sides until golden. Put the crispy potato meatballs on the kitchen paper to drain the fat.

Recipe
Crispy vegan balls made from red lentils and bulgur, baked in the oven. I use peeled red lentils for the recipe. The execution is very simple – the red lentils and bulgur are boiled, the onion is stewed with the garlic, and everything is mixed and flavoured, after which the mixture only needs to be cooled well, and the balls are formed and baked.
