I love everything made with potatoes, but my kids never liked potato meatballs. This option proved to be very suitable for them as well, because it is the crispness that impressed them a lot, and that is missing in the traditional recipes for potato meatballs.

1 In a bowl beat the eggs.

2 Peel, wash and grate the potatoes. Add to the eggs.

3 Peel the onion and chop it. Add to the potatoes.

4 Add the black pepper, salt, baking powder and flour. Mix all the ingredients well. The mixture that is obtained is not dense.

5 Heat the frying oil over high heat in a frying pan. Scoop up a spoon of the mixture, press the potato meatball to become flat and fry. Fry on both sides until golden. Put the crispy potato meatballs on the kitchen paper to drain the fat.

At home, we love everything made with potatoes. I am happy to share my way of making sauteed potatoes. According to the original recipe, the potatoes are fried, but since I avoid frying, I prefer the healthy option, so I bake them. They are great, and in combination with a glass of kefir (ayran) or beer, they are irresistible.
