I often make this wholemeal spelt bread with flaxseed and it is one of my favorites. It's prepared very quickly. I adore a toasted slice of it with butter or avocado with tomato and onion.

Description

I often make this bread at home and it is one of my favorites. It’s prepared very quickly and perhaps its only downside is the rising time. Sometimes I prepare the dough in the morning and bake it in the evening or vice versa. I adore a toast of it with butter or аvocado with tomato and onion.


1 In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add olive oil and water. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, stir until a sticky dough is obtained. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave to rise for about 2 hour. To speed up the process, you can preheat the oven to 50 degrees, then put the dough in it and turn the oven off.


2 Once the dough has risen, knead it again with a spatula. In a baking tray covered with baking paper and lightly floured hands, form a loaf of bread. Leave to rise in the heat for about 30 minutes.


3 Bake in a preheated 230 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Once the bread is ready, cover it with a towel for about 5-10 minutes.
