Description

Classic honey cookies, which are prepared quickly, bake short and are addictive delicious! You can dip them in chocolate, blind them with jam or decorate them in a way that is easy for you, as long as you have time and desire. I admit that the decoration of the confectionery products is not my passion, and I usually do not have enough time and therefore. Here's how I prepare them:


1 Beat the eggs well with the sugar. Add the oil and honey and beat again until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved.


2 In a separate bowl, place the baking soda with the vinegar, then add to the remaining mixture.


3 In a separate bowl I prepare the flour as in it I put the baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla. Gradually start adding the flour until you knead the dough, which does not stick to the hands. Add more flour if necessary.


4 Divide the dough in half. Sprinkle the countertop and dough with a little flour.


5 Roll the dough with a thickness of approximately 4 mm. I use a round shape for cookies with a diameter of 4.5 cm. Arrange the honey cookies in a tray littered with baking paper, leaving a gap between them so that they do not stick together after they are inflated during baking.


6 Bake in a heated 180 degree oven for 8 minutes. Store in a box. About 60 pieces of honey cookies are obtained from the indicated quantity and measures.
