I have been wanting to share the recipe for this roasted red peppers soup for a long time and obviously, its time has come. For me, it is a real hit, since my children who do not eat peppers (or at least think so) like it very much!

I have been wanting to share the recipe for this roasted red peppers soup for a long time and obviously, its time has come. For me, it is a real hit, since my children who do not eat peppers (or at least think so) like it very much!


1 Finely chop the onion, carrot and garlic. Stew onions and carrots for about 4 minutes. Add the finely chopped garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, chopped red peppers, water, white wine, basil, salt and black pepper. Simmer over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, then blend until smooth.
