Cream soup of red lentils, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato juice, spices and butter.

Description


1 Wash the red lentil. Peel and cut onions and carrots into large cubes. Peel the garlic cloves. Put them in a saucepan, add the butter and 1,5 liters of water. Boil for 15 minute on medium heat.


2 At the 15th minute add the tomato juice and spices. Cook for another 10 minutes. Blend until smooth.
