Who doesn't love pizza and potatoes! And why not a pizza made with potato crust, flour-free and gluten-free, prepared in an easy way.

Description

Who doesn't love pizza and potatoes! And why not a pizza made with potato crust, flour-free and gluten-free, prepared in an easy way. The important thing in its preparation is to squeeze the excess liquid well from the potatoes. If you use larger eggs - use one. When distributing the mixture in the baking tray, I recommend making the pizza crust thin so that it bake well for the specified time. You can use products of your choice to garnish the pizza.


1 Peel and grate the potatoes. Using cheesecloth or a strainer, squeeze the excess liquid out of them well. Grate the cheddar.


2 In a large bowl, place the drained potatoes, grated cheddar, eggs, olive oil, salt and pepper. Stir well.


3 Line a 37x44 cm baking tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture into it and spread it with your hands or with a spatula. Bake in a preheated 220°C oven for 30 minutes.


4 Meanwhile, prepare the pizza topping. You can use products to your taste and choice. For my pizza, I put grated cheddar and grana padano cheese. I put slices of tomato on them, then sprinkled with parmesan and basil. Bake for another 15-20 minutes in a preheated 220°C oven.
