Quick bread rolls made with white spelt flour and skyr, rich in proteins without yeast. You can easily mix them in the morning for breakfast and make sandwiches. And why not prepare them quickly in the evening and serve a delicious stew or soup with them!

Description

Quick bread rolls made with white spelt flour and skyr, rich in proteins without yeast. You can easily mix them in the morning for breakfast and make sandwiches. And why not prepare them quickly in the evening and serve a delicious stew or soup with them! If you like aromatic bread, you can add oregano, basil or savory to the dough.


1 In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder and salt. Stir.


2 In another bowl, beat the eggs, and add the cheese and olive oil. Stir.


3 Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead the dough. Divide it into 8 equal parts and shape them into loaves. Arrange them in a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.


4 Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden.
