Easy and delicious puff patties with cottage cheese and cheddar.

7 min preparation

20-25 min cooking

200°C

10 pieces

Description

1 In a bowl, grate the cheese and add cottage cheese. Put salt to taste and oregano (optional). Stir well and try. Add more spices to your taste if necessary. I personally like oregano in similar bakery wares.

2 Unscrew the puff pastry on baking paper (if it does not have one in the package). Cut the dough into ten rectangles (for ease, see the photos in the gallery below).

3 Put on one end of each rectangle of puff pastry, one at a full teaspoon of the mixture. Do not overdo the filling so that the patties can bake properly. Fold in two dough and with a fork squeeze each end. In order not to stick your fork and to be pressed well after pressing, pull away the fork and not upwards.

4 Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
