1 Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and wash with cold water.

2 Finely chop the onion and stew for 4-5 minutes. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves and fry for about 30 seconds. Add the tomato sauce, mix well and simmer under a lid over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until thickened. Add the cream cheese, mix well and simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

3 Meanwhile, grate the yellow cheese/cheddar. Add half of it to the pasta, separate the rest.

4 Add the tomato sauce to the pasta. Mix well and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese.

5 Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese acquires an appetizing golden crust.

Baked cabbage with tomatoes

Today I'm sharing an easy and delicious vegan recipe for baked cabbage with tomatoes and celery which I really love!

Recipe
Delicious baked vegetables with potatoes, mushrooms, red pepper and beans. I used canned black beans to prepare the recipe, but you can use any to your taste or pre-cook. I add a little chili, which makes the dish slightly spicy and more appetizing. If you are fasting and want the dish to be vegan, you can skip the yellow cheese or replace it with vegan mozzarella.
