Description

Easy, tasty and satisfying fresh salad of fresh spinach, combined with pasta, cherry tomatoes and olives, sprinkled with feta cheese, which can easily be used as a main dish.


1 Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and wash with cold water.


2 Wash and cut the spinach into thin strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or quarters. Cut the olives into circles.


3 Mix the well-drained and cold pasta, spinach, tomatoes, olives, and crushed feta cheese in a large bowl. Season with olive oil, vinegar and salt. Stir well.
