Delicious cream soup of root autumn vegetables - parsnips, celery, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic!

Description


1 Peel and cut the vegetables in bulk. Put in a steaming cooker by put in it 900 ml of water (or use an ordinary saucepan as pour water to cover the vegetables).


2 After the water boils, detect 20 minutes, which are enough to boil the vegetables.


3 After the vegetables are boiled pour them into a container suitable for blending (or a food processor), add 500 ml of water from the rest in the steaming cooker (or in which the vegetables were cooked). Add butter and salt, and blend. The soup is ready for consumption.
