Pizza snails from puff pastry

Quick and delicious pizza snails from puff pastry.

Description


1 Spread the dough to the worktop. Smear it on with the tomato sauce.


2 Grate the mozzarella/cheese/cheddar and sprinkle over the dough. You can leave a little bit if you decide to put on top of every piece before baking.


3 Roll the puff pastry on the long side, as shown in the photos in the gallery below.


4 After the puff pastry is rolled, cut it into washers with a thickness of 1.5-2cm. Arrange the circles in a tray, covered with baking paper.


5 Bake in preheated 200 degrees oven about 15 min. or until golden.
